Cancellation Policy

At Concealed, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. We try our best to accommodate your requests, but we have certain policies in place to ensure a smooth and fair process for everyone.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. You can do this by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. Please note that orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the item(s) to us in their original condition. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund minus the shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund. If you receive an item that is not as described on our website, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. We also do not accept returns for items that are on sale or clearance.
